INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
1/2 cup peanut butter, or almond or sun butter
3/4 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp whole wheat flour
ΒΌ cup of stevia
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp applesauce
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all ingredient in a bowl.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.
-Cool before removing from tray
-Then DEVOUR!
TIP: the night I made these they tasted a bit DRY - so I put them in a Ziploc bag and sealed overnight. The next day, they were PERFECT and soo moist!
