Low Fat Fudge Brownies

These brownies are a great remix on a good old fashion treat. They're soo simple to make, and most people have all the ingredient already in their kitchen. Now that's my kind of recipe!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package fudge brownie mix
  • nonfat milk
  • 4 tbsp instant dry, powdered nonfat milk
  • 1-1/2 cups nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract -- or peppermint if you're feeling FRISKY!
  • 1 tbsp olive oil to coach cooking pan

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly coat 13x9" baking pan
  2. Combine all ingredient and stir until well blended
  3. Bake 30-35 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE, the mix will come out a bit runny and gooey. If you overbake, it will dry out the brownies. :)
