Shakeology Almond Butter Cups

I have a HUGE sweet tooth, so any healthy substitute that can feed my craving and still make me feel good, is pretty much the BEST THING EVER.

And that's why I LOVE THESE! They super SIMPLE to make - as always - and soo delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets Shakeology
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • muffin pan - not an ingredient, but still required

Directions:

  1. Mix one packet of Shakeology with 2 tbsp MELTED coconut oil. (The oil must be completely liquid!!)
  2. Pour into 4 muffin cups, then freeze for 5-10 minutes
  3. Split two tbsp almond butter between the four muffin cups & freeze again for 5 minutes
  4. Mix the 2nd packet of Shakeology with 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, pour over the top of the four cups and freeze for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Once complete, they should easily pop out with a knife and you have your finished masterpiece! Go ahead and devour!

Makes 4 cups & takes about 25-30 minutes at most! Best dessert ever!
