Quinoa Pizza Crust

Sometimes you just need a little pizza in your life! And when that moment hits, I got yo back! Homemade pizza w/ quinoa crust! Now THAT is ‪#‎GetInMyBellyGOOD!!

For the crust - mix:
2 cups cooked quinoa
1 egg
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic
1/4 mozzarella cheese

Cook crust for 10-13 min at 350 degrees. Then top w/ tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese & toppings.

To AMP UP the nutrition, top w/ all your fave veggies! I opted for spinach, onions, mushrooms & cherry tomatoes!

Cook for 10min or until golden brown! AND BONUS, it's even great for leftovers! NOM!
