Protein Pancakes

I LOVE these pancakes! They are SOO FREAKING EASY! You just throw all the ingredients in a blender, blend of course, then pour into the frying pan. YES!!!

And my personal favorite is adding a tablespoon of all natural peanut butter with a tablespoon of all natural maple syrup on top. NOMNOMNOM!

1 cup old fashion oats

1 tsp cinnamon

1 scoop vanilla Shakeology

1 tsp pure vanilla extra

1 cup plain greek yogurt

1/2 cup nonfat milk

2 tbsp honey

1 egg

1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:

1. Put all the ingredient in a blender - then BLEND until smooth.

2. Measure our 1/4 cup per pancake into frying pan.

I recommend using lemon juice or olive oil to coat the pan

3. Cook 2-3 minutes until pancake bubbles, flip and cook additional two minutes.

4. Serve with desired toppings. These are great with Peanut Butter, Bananas or Maple Syrup.

BONUS: These will make your house smell delicious like cinnamon!
